Zinc and Vitamin D3 are essential to your immune function. Our Intense Defense includes 100% of your daily value of zinc and 235% of your daily vitamin D!

FUN FACTS

Zinc: Because your body doesn’t naturally produce or store zinc, it must be ingested regularly as part of your diet.
D3: Our vitamin D3 is from a vegan source (D3 usually comes from animal sources such as fish oil or egg yolks). All of our shots are vegan!
Pineapple juice: Pineapple juice contains vitamin C, which provides a variety of health benefits.

I’ve been taking one every morning with breakfast and the zinc plus vitamin D3 combo makes it easy to hit my daily numbers without swallowing extra pills. The 235% vitamin D is a nice boost, and the 12-pack lasts me a solid month.

The 12-pack is perfect for keeping on my desk at work, since I always forget to take supplements on weekends. I like that each little shot covers 235% of my daily vitamin D and the full zinc requirement, so I don't have to think about it.

    William ★★★★★

Zinc is one of those things I always forget to track, so having a full day's worth in a single tiny shot is a total game-changer for my morning routine. The vitamin D3 being over double the daily value makes me feel like I'm actually getting ahead of flu season.
