I’ve been taking one every morning with breakfast and the zinc plus vitamin D3 combo makes it easy to hit my daily numbers without swallowing extra pills. The 235% vitamin D is a nice boost, and the 12-pack lasts me a solid month.
The 12-pack is perfect for keeping on my desk at work, since I always forget to take supplements on weekends. I like that each little shot covers 235% of my daily vitamin D and the full zinc requirement, so I don't have to think about it.
Zinc is one of those things I always forget to track, so having a full day's worth in a single tiny shot is a total game-changer for my morning routine. The vitamin D3 being over double the daily value makes me feel like I'm actually getting ahead of flu season.
