The black pepper really brings out the turmeric’s warmth, and the lemon keeps it bright without being tart. I’ve been taking one each morning after a long run, and my knees feel noticeably less stiff by lunch. The coconut water makes it smooth enough to sip straight, which I wasn’t expecting.

Noticed the coconut water makes these way smoother than straight turmeric shots I've tried before, the potassium is a nice bonus for after workouts too. Been grabbing one each morning and the slight peppery kick from the black pepper really wakes you up.

The lemon and turmeric combo is surprisingly smooth, not too sharp, and the coconut water makes it easy to drink on an empty stomach. I've noticed less joint stiffness since adding these to my morning routine.
